Potato Steak Rolls-Potatosake Recipe

If you are a steak lover, and you want to try a new tasty way to cook stake with potato, then you came into the right page.
This is my first recipe :) and wish you will enjoy it .
Time to prepare : 1 hour.
 
What you need:
  • 500 Kg of steak meat a very thin meat as the photo below
  • 4 pcs of potato (medium size)
  • ½ cup of crashed potato  
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 ts of butter  
  • 1 ts of garlic salt
  •  5 ts of tricky sauce
  • 50 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 2 ts of olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • Little of soya sauce and ginger  

How to do it

First you need to prepare the meat
 
  • Wash the meat and put it inside a water bowl with soya sauce and ginger  
  • Leave if for 30 mins at least
  • Then boil it for 15 mins

Then you need to make the potato fillings
  • Boil the potatoes using saucepan with the milk.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of the garlic salt.
  • Use a fork to break the potato.
  • Warm the butter, together, either in microwave or in a pan on the stove.
  • Drain water from potatoes.
  •  Put hot potatoes into a bowl.
  • Add 1 or 2 slices of cheese

Now the final steps
 
  • Brush the meat with egg and garlic salt
  • Fill it with the potato creamy fillings
  • Roll it and brush it again with the egg
  • Cover it with the crashed potato

Now time to cook
  • Prepare a flat cooker and brush with olive oil
  • Put the roll inside and start turning them upside down until its colour from all sides until it is ready (you can decide when it is ready)
  • Put little cheese at the top of each roll when it is still hot
  • Now it is ready for you
